WHERE DID THE NAME, "WARMBALLERS," COME FROM?

Well, let us explain:  In 2013, a conspiracy theory was hatched by everyone’s favorite former U.S. Men’s National Team defender, Jimmy Conrad, which stated that some of the balls used in the UEFA Champions League group draw were, in fact, heated so that the person selecting, in this case, Luis Figo, knew which one to pick to fix the match-ups, thus birthing the phrase, “warm balls.”

Now fast forward many months later and our fearless leader, known simply as Conradinho at this point, asked his loyal and passionate audience for a name to call the ever-growing community he was building and the easy top choice, without a shadow of a doubt, was Warmballers!

However, the best part of the story is…and you’re not going to believe it since we hardly believe it ourselves…the conspiracy theory ended up being confirmed as true by disgraced former FIFA president Sepp Blatter, who acknowledged that the balls being drawn were different temperatures!

And, today, these Warmballers, who are tireless in their quest to be a positive force for good, now have a home at warmballers.com to call their own.


Wait, you are shipping to us only?

NO!  We are shipping everywhere because Warmballers are everywhere!  But the shipping and handling costs will differ based on where you live, which could be a little pricey to start if you live halfway across the world, so know that we are actively looking for a shipping partner to help us lessen the cost for everyone.

If you have any questions about how to ship to where you live, then please reach out to us at shipping@warmballers.com and we will do our best to find a way to get you some Warmballers swag in the cheapest way possible.


Do I have to pay customs charges?

Our products are currently shipped from the US. If you live outside the US, some custom charges may incur when importing the products. Please find out about your country's customs regulations before ordering. Please be aware that all possible customs charges are the customer's responsibility to pay.


WHAT IF I MADE A MISTAKE WITH MY ORDER OR NEED TO RETURN MY PURCHASE?

We want you to be feeling like a true Warmballer with every purchase so please contact us immediately via email at shipping@warmballers.com if you are not satisfied with what you ordered.  You may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, gift wrap, and other charges.

Purchased items are determined un-returnable if worn, tags have been removed, or have sustained damage by the customer.

Also, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please reach out to us as soon as possible with your order number from our confirmation email and we will do everything in power to assist you with a smooth return of the item.

And, finally, all return shipping charges must be prepaid.  We cannot accept cash on delivery (COD).  So it is our recommendation that you use an Insured Parcel Post for your return and then keep the tracking number for your return package to monitor delivery status.  Once we receive the returned order, you can expect a refund within 30 days, which will be issued to the original purchaser.


OH NO, THE PRODUCT OR SIZE I WANT IS SOLD OUT.  WHAT DO I DO?

Here’s a list:

1.  Pray to the Warmballer Gods that it will be restocked soon, which will eventually happen because we want to put as many smiles on faces as possible.

2.  Our Limited Edition collaborations with our favorite artists, which are being called “Limited Edition” for a reason, will not be restocked so make sure that you get yours while you still can!

3.  Any updates will be posted on our social media platforms so make sure you’re following @Warmballers on Twitter and Facebook.


When will i get my package?

Because we know that there is nothing better than receiving a package in the mail with your name on it, trust that we are working diligently to get you the goods as quickly as we can. 

And with the U.S. Postal Service as our preferred shipping partner at this time, we estimate the shipments will arrive within 5 to 7 business days in the continental U.S and up to 2 weeks or more outside of the States. 

If, for whatever reason, your package has not arrived in the time window mentioned above, then please contact shipping@warmballers.com so we can get to the bottom of it.


Which PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

To make a payment for your purchase, you can either use your PayPal account or most common credit and debit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover), which are secured by Stripe and its online payment system.
